If your payment didn't go through you will be notified in the app. Please try the following steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Double check that the card information you’re entering is correct (Card number; First, Middle & Last name; Card expiry date, CVC/CVV number)
  2. You may be trying to use an unsupported card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
  3. Contact your bank (card issuer) and check:
    • Is your balance sufficient?
    • Are there any holds/additional security restrictions on the account?
    • Have any limits been reached (purchases per day, expenses per day)?
    • Are online purchases supported?
  4. Try to ‘buy’ the item again.
