If your payment didn't go through you will be notified in the app. Please try the following steps to resolve the problem:
- Double check that the card information you’re entering is correct (Card number; First, Middle & Last name; Card expiry date, CVC/CVV number)
- You may be trying to use an unsupported card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
- Contact your bank (card issuer) and check:
- Is your balance sufficient?
- Are there any holds/additional security restrictions on the account?
- Have any limits been reached (purchases per day, expenses per day)?
- Are online purchases supported?
