Orders cannot be cancelled in the app, however, under certain circumstances an order may be cancelled under the discretion of a member of the Shedd team.
You can cancel an order if the following conditions are met:
- The item has not been picked up from the seller
- There is mutual agreement between the seller and buyer - the shedd member will require chat confirmation from both parties
If you do cancel, it may affect your reputation in the app. Make sure you are decided on your orders before your confirming.
